We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods, including North American Walnut, White Oak, and Maple, ensuring each piece is durable and environmentally friendly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are made to order, standard production time is 3-5 weeks. Shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, for larger furniture pieces, we offer white-glove delivery which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
How should I care for my wood furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or silicone-based polishes; instead, use a damp cloth followed by a dry one, and maintain a consistent indoor humidity level.
What is your return policy for custom pieces?
Customized or bespoke orders are non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All Woodcraft furniture comes with a limited 5-year warranty covering structural integrity and craftsmanship defects under normal residential use.
