Initiate Your Request
Log into your Woodcraft account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping materials to ensure the natural wood remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove carrier to collect the item; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
